Kevin Kolb will be the new starting quarterback in Arizona, along with a hefty new contract extension.

As expected, Kevin Kolb will be the new starting quarterback for the Arizona Cardinals.

In exchange for Kolb, the Cardinals will send CB Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie and s second-round draft pick to the Philadelphia Eagles.

Kolb will sign a five-year, $63 million contract extension that includes $21 million guaranteed.

The deal still needs to be finalized but should be official soon.
