QB Kevin Kolb suffered concussion symptoms after taking a knee to the head, P Dave Zastudil is playing with a torn right biceps muscle and more inside.

--QB Kevin Kolb suffered concussion symptoms after taking a knee to the head on the third play against the 49ers. Kolb returned to the sideline but not the game. He will be evaluated this week and must pass the NFL-mandated neurological tests before practicing.

--P Dave Zastudil is playing with a torn right biceps muscle. He suffered the injury the previous week while trying to make a tackle against the Cowboys. Zastudil said the injury impacts his ability to catch the ball and put it in position to kick.

--WR Larry Fitzgerald caught seven passes for 149 yards and a touchdown. He also threw a key block on a 60-yard touchdown pass to Early Doucet and caught a 53-yard pass to set up another score. Fitzgerald surpassed 1,000 yards receiving for the fifth consecutive time and the sixth in his career.

--WR Andre Roberts' three-yard touchdown pass was his first of the season.

--DE Calais Campbell had another sack, giving him seven for the year. He leads the team.
