Cardinals: Latest Player Notes

DE Calais Campbell led the team in sacks, QB Kevin Kolb will stay in touch with team trainers and more inside.

--DE Calais Campbell led the team with eight sacks, a career high. He's also blocked three field goals, deflected 11 passes and had an interception. He is not under contract for 2012.

--QB Kevin Kolb will stay in touch with Cardinals medical personnel over the next few weeks to assess his recovery from a concussion. He likely will undergo an intensive neurological exam in about a month, he said.

--DE Vonnie Holliday, 36, will take some time after the season to consider playing next year. Immediately after Sunday's game, he said he felt like playing in 2012, but he admitted he was giddy from the victory over the Seahawks.

--WR Larry Fitzgerald finished with 1,411 receiving yards. It's the fourth year in which he's had 1,400 yards. Only three other receivers, Randy Moss, Jerry Rice and Marvin Harrison, have done it four times. Fitzgerald suffered a bruised lung in the third quarter of the Seattle game but didn't leave.

--LT Levi Brown played the best football of his five-year career in the second half of this season. Brown's contract escalates to a cap figure of more than $16 million in 2012. The Cardinals likely will release him, but it's unknown yet if they will try to re-sign him. Recommended Stories
