PACKER REPORT PREDICTION (12-2): The Titans/Oilers franchise is 4-1 at Lambeau Field. Make that 4-2 because, barring some sort of calamity, the Titans have almost no chance. Tennessee finished plus-4 in turnovers last week and still had to overcome a shanked punt in the final moments to hold off the woeful Jets at home on Monday night. The Titans would need a roster full of Chris Johnsons to overcome the matchup at quarterback with Aaron Rodgers against Jake Locker. Green Bay is better in the trenches, receiver and the secondary, as well. About the only drama will be the performance of kicker Mason Crosby. Packers 31, Titans 10.
