The Cardinals expect to draft a running back in the draft. While most anticipate the ball carrier will come in the first round as a long-term replacement for Edgerrin James, the Cardinals are shopping different options. Arizona has held private visits with at least four running backs whose projections range all over the board. Arizona hasn't picked a first-round back since 2000, is this the year?
